um yes... this IS may anderson in doucette duvall. (she is wearing our lonnie dress which hits stores in july 2010.)
chris aire held a runway show last week in LA to showcase his latest collection of fine jewelry and timepieces made with nigerian gold and gem stones. chris aire and annebet are friends from way back and he asked doucette duvall to design pieces for his show. we put together about 20 looks and i think its safe to say that they were all a hit. afterwards people were buzzing "where can i get the ruffle skirt" or "i want the dress may was wearing." we were backstage and didn't get to see the show but its been getting rave reviews online.
must say that i was a little disappointed that robin thicke didn't make it. but i guess since his wife gave birth hours before (CONGRATS!!) i should let him slide this time ;) d'banj DID perform and it was HOT! and the after party was so much fun... dj was playing mj and you know dd girls are into THAT!
all in all, our trip was fantastic. five days at the beverly hills hotel is not a bad gig.
